Developed three products for clients which are available as a software as a service (SaaS). Developed a social fund-raising application integrated with Facebook.
LPK Group is a team of IT Executives with a keen focus on helping small to medium sized businesses to identify and realize cost savings opportunities and effectively manage their IT investments. Performed comprehensive analysis of IT expenditure for 15 businesses ranging from a 4,200 person insurance firm to a 150 person law firm. Identified 10% to 20% reduction in annual expenses for most of these firms.

Directed IT strategy and rapid integration of acquired companies to the enterprise. Responsible for global infrastructure, security, business continuity planning (IT), and IT operations for 4,500 employees across 140 branch-offices in the US and UK. Managed a $25M IT budget and 70 person IT team.
- Reduced IT costs by $7M in first year through standardization and centralization of IT services.
- Reduced annual network cost by $750k in first year by implementing a new MPLS based wide area network to connect the 140 branch offices and data-centers.
- Implemented a data warehouse to consolidate 28 agency/policy management systems. and provide client, production, and financial data quickly, accurately and in real-time. Integrated data warehouse with Sales Force Automation system to provide sales production and pipeline information.

Reported to CIO and supported Sales, Marketing and Relationship Management functions through technology solutions. Championed e-commerce initiatives for the business. Rapid movement through General Electric and Genworth with increased responsibility for strategic IT. Led a team of 15 developers and analysts, and managed an annual IT budget of $5M.
Directed e-commerce that produced over $400M in annual sales.
Responsible for development and delivery of all electronic transactions between distributors (banks, wire houses, brokerages). Guided strategic and tactical planning, project development and implementation, vendor negotiations management, Six Sigma methodology, and process re-engineering.

Collaborated with business leaders to identify, develop, and launch technology based services. Managed a team of 10 analysts and developers and an IT expense budget of $3M.
- IT leader for company-wide digitization and six-sigma initiative which reduced 2002 operating costs by $20M.
- Design and developed Quick-App, a web-based term-life quoting and order submission system, that generated over $10 million in annual sales.
- Designed and developed Easy Quote, a web-based annuity illustration calculator, that produced over $100M in annual sales. Earned Everest Team Award for innovative product for the design and development of Easy Quote.
Manager, e-Business Technology, GE Fanuc Automation
Charlottesville, VA – June 1994 to June 2000
Reported to CIO and championed e-commerce initiative for the business. Member of SAP leadership team, which directed operations to plan, introduce and manage technology solutions for multiple business units. The two-phase SAP R/3 implementation resulted in a $4.4 Million savings first year with 3.5 year overall payback. A Y2K initiated project to transition and consolidate multiple legacy environments to SAP R/3 ERP system.
- Manager of SAP development team and operations team. Responsible for project execution, program planning, scheduling, and costing of new applications.
- Senior Analyst, SAP Supply Chain. Implemented key EDI transactions with suppliers. Championed adoption of EDI and managed relationships with EDI providers.
